Registration & Payment


Registration is on a first come, first served basis.  The experiences are accepting 10 -25 participant’s depending on the experience.  A separate registration form must be completed for each participant from a household.  However, each participant can register for multiple experiences on the same form.  Registration can be completed online or by mail by downloading the printable version.  The SEE “Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement (Minor or Adult)”, the “Field Trip Permission Form”  (if applicable) should accompany the registration form.   All forms can be found here under “Registration Forms”.   A participant will be considered enrolled once we have received all the required documents and full payment.  Incomplete registrations could forfeit enrollment in an experience.


Full payment is due at the time of registration. There will not be a partial payment plan.  Payment can be completed online or by check or money order.  Participant’s will not be considered enrolled until full payment and all required forms are received.
